Design Exercise:
Objective is to design the screens for PFM’s website to help customers accomplish their main goals based on the user stories provided in the following slides.
At minimum, the designs should enable the users to do the following:
Save an address from the checkout form
Use a previously saved address in checkout
View and edit addresses from the user’s
Account page
Target Audience
PFM’s target audiences are interior designers who work at design firms. The designers are looking for rugs to order for their client’s
projects. PFM salespeople will also often order Broadloom cuttings through the website for their interior designer clients, so that they can compare physical swatches of these Broadloom rugs for their projects.
